The order form reflects the estimated shipping of your order;
the actual shipping charge will be calculated and included in the
charges reflected on your shipping document and/or credit card
bill.
Free Shipping: We will pay
100% of your normal shipping on Full Case (12-bottle) orders,
shipped to any single address (exceptions may apply).
Due to the nature of shipping wine
products which can degrade, spoil, or break if not packed and
shipped properly, please allow up to two weeks from the date of
your order to receive wine products.
At the discretion of Wineries of Napa Valley, we may select to
ship your wine order "air" versus "ground" due to inclement weather
conditions. Shipping "air" does not necessarily speed delivery
time.
Delivery: Due to the
complexities involved with shipping wine, we cannot guarantee the
date you will receive your shipment under any circumstance.
However, we will make every effort to get the wine to the
designated party as soon as possible. If you require the wine to be
delivered by a specific date, please clearly indicate this
